Hacking GBAccelerator DS install in shanghai or akihabara

Hi,

Does anybody knows of a shop that could install a gbaccelarator DS in my nintendo ds lite in akihabara or shanghai or hong kong (I live in japan but will go to china in three month)?

I would love to overclock my nintendo ds but I'm to clumsy to do it by myself plus the only shop with the gbaccelarator DS I could find (http://www.division-6.com/store/gbaccelerator-ds-pr-8.html) can only send in the us....
