Hey firstly i wanna thank all of the gbatemp staff for this awesome forum!
I just need a little help playing gba games on my luma cfw because it gives me an error after i install .cia vc gba games via FBI telling me to turn off the system and turn it on again
I read on the internet that you need the game installed on both sys and emu nands but when installing luma cfw i did not backup/ restore the sysnand so i only run emunand now so can anybody tell me a way to play my favorite gba games pleaseee

Not possible. They have to be installed to both. Install A9LH if you don't want to deal with that.
If you already have A9LH, and have deleted your EmuNAND, you will save memory space by only having to install GBA games and DSiWare once rather than twice since SysNAND will now be your main NAND.

OP, if you have an N3DS you can use mGBA/Retroarch it's better than the GBA VC.

if you have an O3DS then YEa deal w/ A9LH and move to an Sysnand setup it'll save you headaches.

GBA VC runs at full speed so there's no point in switching to mGBA/RetroArch. In fact, GBA emulation with mGBA/RetroArch can have a few issues and GBA VC runs smooth without any issues so far because it uses the GBA's firmware and hardware simulation to play games natively.

for the games the OP may likely be after playing this could be a better solution for one sin the Compatability list. granted not every game runs 100%. and if they have an O3DS thsi is simply not a solution at all (tooo many run slow dont work glitch out etc.)

Is there a way we can talk in private
if its about how to Switch to A9LH theres the Holy bible~~ERRR, Noob Proof Guide, https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
if its to ask sayfor a games Rom/CIA that i cant help w/

Wait, I've been playing a ton of Gba games on my Emunand. Now that I have A9LH on my N3ds, will I lose my Gba Vc (and Dsiware) save data by transferring my emunand into my sysnand?

Yes. GBA save data is stored in the sysNAND. You can use Decrypt9 to export the saves and then re-import them after you've cloned your emuNAND to sysNAND.

Ok, thanks! I was kinda confused on how to get my save files for those games previously...
