Hi, I have a NDS/GBA Flashcart (It was for the original DS) And it acctully works on my gameboy micro, although might stick out a little bit.

Anyway, I can't seem to get any of the GBA games to save. Somehow, only one did, Metroid: Zero Mission, the first game I played on the cart. It bothers me because I want to play games like Pokemon, Super Mario advance, and some other odd titles. It dose say im missing some file (Called *.Dat) but I can't seem to figure out what it is. I do infact have Goomba, So the GBA games and GB games work. Just not save.

Please help? Thanks.
:)

How do you expect anyone to help when you don't even post the name of your flashcart?

Yeah we're gonna need the name of the cart to help you out. If it sticks out that probably means it takes full-sized SD cards less than 2 GB, but that's as much as I can figure out from what you posted.

My flash cart dosen't have a name or brand on it. Only that it says M3 NDS/GBA Flashcart with a blue backround and a guy with one eye on it.

That doesn't help. We need the EXACT name of the cart, not just a vague description.

M3 is close enough, and I'm guessing it's an M3 Perfect and not an M3 Pro because he's able to run GBA stuff (the Pro only had 4 MB of RAM which is only enough to run the smallest GBA games out there). I'm also assuming that it isn't the slot-2 expansion pack for the slot-1 M3 Real.

I got it awhile ago, It did come with the Slot 2, wich was required, and not the first slot, the first slot only allowed for the NDS and the GBA was aways a feature.

I know that a part of this is due to the rum, but I have absolutely no clue why you're having issues. I'll give better help later.

The .dat is the save file. You need to use M3 Manager to put the games on your sd card and it will make the .sav file for you and you'll be able to save in all games. Just download M3 Manager. Get it HERE

i thought everybody knew cocktails are like 75% ice
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Yeah but not like this.
  • Veho @ Veho:
It's not like they're complaining that their Slurpee is 99% ice or something, but if the cocktail calls for "shot of vodka, shot of vermouth, shot of gin, shot of Campari, three shots of juice, squirt of lemon" and ends up being a thimbleful of booze, that's a problem.
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the funny thing is cocktails in norway are only allowed to have 1 20ml shot of booze
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    so..... yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
we're used to only having a thimbleful of booze

    Booo.

same thing if you want whisky on the rocks or something, you can't get a double
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but you could buy as many shots of whisky (or anything else) as you want and ask for a glass of ice and pour them in
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's dumb
  • Veho @ Veho:
    Maybe.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.
  • Veho @ Veho:
But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".
  • Veho @ Veho:
Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.

Usually accidentally overdose of ibuprofen here is from people taking like cold medicine then ibuprofen for a headache and the combination is over what they need
