Hacking Gateway Downgrading

I'm not able to reinstall ninjhax on my Cubic Ninja retail cartridge after downgrade. It seems Cubic Ninja crashes everytime i try to scan QR code for 4.5.0-8E version...
Someone tried it?

Did you delete the savegame on the cartridge

I need to get ninjhax working on 4.2 now as well...

If it helps to know I downloaded a Smash Bros demo on my Japan 3DS around 8.1J and it's still there after downgrading.

This. What happens to purchased stuff? And is it easy to just revert to the previous version on 9.2 using that NAND backup?

my 3ds just got bricked i downgraded from 9.2.0U to 4.2.0U the downgrade was okay it worked and i shut down my 3ds then it wont boot at all

still work playing super mario 3d land right now after getting it free from nintendo during pokemon x promo. 9.2U pikachu 3ds downgraded to 4.XU. save still OK too.

Omg, I almost had a heart attack. The downgrade on my 9.2 NA 3DS went fine, then I held the power off button because I don't actually have a Gateway card to boot into. When I turned the system back on, it hanged on a black screen for a minute or two, then the notification LED blinked blue and all of a sudden I was on the 4.2 home screen! Thank God, I thought I killed it.

Nope it gives me some SD card error and tells me to go back to home menu

how do u check the MD5?

i use a program called hashcalc

probably Yes after downgrading, make dump of your 4.2/4.5 fw and make cfw

The firmware versions aren't random. For North America, the firmware downgrades to 4.2. For Japan, to 4.4. For Europe, to 4.5.

I have 3 consoles, two 3DS and a 3DS XL. The two 3DS downgraded successfully.

Can we install CFW 4.5 by Govanify using the downgrader without a gateway card!

use the downgrade to get to 4.5 and attempt using the upgrader for that. dont come to me if it bricks though when you try, nobody is replying because we dont know

Regional firmware versions...

The USA version always has 4.2.0-9U, for example. Probably taken from a random assortment of 3DS's from around the world.
