I can tell you a few, etrian Odyssey 1-3, Radiant historia, moon, dementium, cradle of Egypt and Rome, and a couple Jewel quest games

No. Nintendo 3DS games and eShop titles will only work on Nintendo 3DS, 3DS XL, New 3DS, New 3DS XL, 2DS & New 2DS XL. With the exception of New Nintendo 3DS titles that specifically require the New 3DS, New 3DS XL or New 2DS XL. They will not play on DS or DSi consoles. DS can only play DSiWare and DS titles.

SMT Strange Journey, Devil Survivor, and Devil Survivor 2 were all re-released on the 3DS. Those might not count since they included extra content, but the same goes for Radiant Historia.

For that matter we can include Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. And the original Phoenix Wright trilogy.

WarioWare: Touched! has been available on the Nintendo DS as well as 3DS (as WarioWare: Touched! DL) from the eShop as DSiWare. It could be obtained specially via a My Nintendo promotion and I'm unsure of whether it's still available, but likely not.

Since it plays in DSi-Mode, however, it may not be a relevant answer to your question.

You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)

I would like to eventually have the ability to add more characters, enemies, even have a completely different story if i wanted. I already have the ability to change the tilemaps in the US version, so I can basically make my own map and warp to it in game - so I'm pretty far into it!
