airpirate545 said:coz its not supposed too, also lol at price they sell it at walmart for like 30 bucks.
It can't run commercial roms because it doesn't have enough RAM or watever
pokemongalaxy said:yep, I think airpirates right, You could have went to dealextreme and bought a toptoy ds $20(which plays commercial roms)including shipping. Maybe you sould get that...
airpirate545 said:they ship to Canada I belive.
Just buy the TopToy because it is the cheapest solution and gets the job done too. All the flash carts you named are great and can run 99% of all ROMs anyway so just go with cheapest one IMO.playallday said:airpirate545 said:they ship to Canada I belive.
What do you think of R4, M3 and DSTT?
EDIT: oh come on! You can't buy less then 5 R4's at a time!!!
So can I play games that are < 4MB?TheWingless said:The games n music can't play DS roms because it isn't fast enough(or maybe it's the Micro SD packaged with it) and because it will not boot .nds roms bigger than a certain size(4 MB?).
k, but I can run DSCube.nds and it can't be patched.myuusmeow said:Well, since all DS games are 8MB or above...
IIRC, even if there was a less than 4MB DS game, it wouldn't work as flashcarts patch the games before they run.
I am running demos fine! I did trim it.TheWingless said:This guy has DS demos running, but he had to trim it. It didn't even work, but other people have gotten DS Demos to work. I read about the 4 MB things some where on Youtube or something. Not that it matters too much anyways.
No. Well it looks like no one has a fix to it.DanTheManMS said:I'd like to know how you got to that conclusion. Are any of the demos over 4 MB in size?
