For the earliest time, I was able to play Gamecube games decently without any major issues.

Out of absolutely nowhere, the games are now kicking me out with the gamecube error screen. I thought this was a problem with the newer games I put on the system, but it started to happen with games that I had no problems with in the past.

For example, Super Mario Sunshine never gave me a problem, I could play it for hours, same for Kirby Air Ride.
Today, I couldn't even get 40 minutes into the game without being kicked off with the error screen telling me to turn my console off.

With the newer added games like Sonic Heroes, I couldn't even finish the first level without being kicked. Same with Super Monkey Ball.

I thought it was a problem with the CD, but when I took it out, it did the same thing, so it's either the console or the SD card.

It could possibly have something to do with me having to screw around with my SD card every time I add new games because now I'm even getting an error message every time I try to load a wad file in YAMMM.

Every time I want to add new games, I have to format the entire SD card and load a backup replacing the games. EVERY TIME. Maybe that something got corrupted, I dunno.

Can someone please give me some incentives on why this could be happening?

Sounds like your SD card is failing, and all the formatting and copying stuff back on is probably not helping things, it will just keep getting worse.
