Gamecube: can I use SD-Media Launcher as Freeloader

Does anybody knows if I can use SD-Media Launcher homebrew called SD-Boot to launch the image of PAL Freeloader disc?
I'd like to emulate the Freeloader from SD-Media Launcher without buy Freeloader itself, I have a PAL not modified Gamecube

You can use the SD-Media-Launcher to softmod your Gamecube and there are various methods on the internet telling you how *google*

Its pretty simple and can be done in 20minutes or so.
