Hello everyone,

i want to switch from gateway to luma3ds and i don't know where to start to be honest. This https://3ds.hacks.guide assumes i start from a stock firmware. Is there a way to remove gateway and set my n3ds to stock? I think i also installed A9LH at some point, but i don't remember anymore.

Another question is it possbile to inject my backedup gateway emunand to luma so that i do not have to reinstall all my games and keep the saves?

Ignore the above. When did you start using Gateway, how do you boot into it and what firmware is your sysNAND on?

If on 4.x and you use the DS Profile - you can use this same exploit to install B9S (see MSET).

If on 9.2 and you use the browser - you can go ahead and just follow the guide as nothing is modified.

If you see funny colours when you start up your console - you're using menuhax. Try booting without your SD card in the console, and change your home menu theme. This will remove it and you can follow the guide.

If the console just boots into Gateway mode or the Gateway menu on its own when you start it up - you probably have A9LH. Try following https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s

Thank you very much.
I got it running with Luma 3ds BS9 now. It seems i had menuhax installed, but not A9LH. So i followed the guide from start to finish and it works beautifully.
Thanks for the help.
