Hacking From CFW 4.81 Dex to 4.82 cex

Now that a rebug 4.82 + cobra surfaced..... How can I install that one on my 4.81 Dex/cobra ps3.
Or is that the most stupid thing to suggest :-)
I am a complete noob on ps3 hacking and just bought a ps3 which was already modded.

Literally just install it like the installed 4.81 Dex in the first place. Rename the .pup file to PS3UPDAT.PUP, stick it in /PS3/UPDATES/ on your USB stick and update system firmware from your USB stick.

As an aside, REBUG 4.82 is only the lite version thus has less features than 4.81 REBUG REX so you might want to stay where you are.
