Hardware Friends List Freezes (Broken)

I just finished a clean install of a9lh yesterday and am very happy with it. Everything works, from Internet to Eshop and what so ever, but when I try to load my friends list, it just freezes. Rebooting the DS and opening it again doesn't work, so I'm really out of options.

I thought about reformatting, but if I had to reformat, that means I would lose my FBI that was injected into H&S right?

Some people have that problem too, just let it load for 5~10 minutes. Once it started correctly, it should work properly after that.
