Hacking Friends List freeze on emunand 11.0

Recently, my old emunand bricked because my 3DS froze during a cia install. I made a new emunand, a new nnid and everything works as it should in emunand. The only thing not working is the friends list. It works in sysnand so its not a bad nand dump. Any ideas?

I shouldn't need to. I know it should work because I've been using it since I started using CFW.

Did you check with the Friends module through homebrew launcher?

What CFW are you using?
I Had a problem with all manuals crashing on my old cfw rxtools. I switched to luma with the exact same emuNAND, it works now. So it could be that.

^ this first before anything else, this happened with me and it worked itself out by waiting a few minutes

It's fixed! Before doing any installing, I took @4gionz suggestion first, and it worked! But I will keep 3DNUS close by just to be safe. Thanks!

It's not a freeze. It can actually take upwards of 30 minutes to load Friends List on some emuNANDs.
