Corrupted save file when moving to Citra

Not sure where I should ask this since Citra's forum is (obviously) dead and the subreddit is practically a graveyard even before the emu got taken down.

I'm trying to move my 3DS MHXX save to Citra but the save end up becoming corrupted (the second slot in the pic, the third one is a new save I made just to check things out). If I select the second save slot the emulator will just completely freeze and I have to end task the program to stop it. It still works fine on the handheld itself though. Any idea what caused this?

Fixed the problem using threeSD. Seems Checkpoint screwed up my save file somehow.
