Shiny Genesect is nature locked to Hasty, Shiny Arceus was only available as an event at level 100. U-turn, not U-Turn, and with Arceus forms, include the type in this form, "Arceus-Fairy." Same with Genesect, in Ice, Electric, Water. In this case, Genesect-Water. Get online.
