When I go in this section of the eshop there is only 11 application such as Youtube Crunchyroll Wii u street view netflix Uplay but no amazon app...

This is why Haxchi is a thing, it works on pretty much any DS title which they are at least in pretty much all regions avaliable while Amazon it seems to be avaliable in selected parts of America and Europe.
