I was looking for professor layton and the diabolical box manuals because there are a few clues in the manual for certain things in the game and I came to find that nintendo itself offers downloadable manuals in pdf format for games published by them. You can get them here Nintendo Manuals hope that helps anyone who was looking

Edit: I've taken the following manuals and uploaded them to replacementdocs(it may take a couple days for them to appear on the site)
Fossil Fighters
The Legendary Starfy
Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box
Rhythm Heaven
Pokemon Platinum
