    Using this HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16822136469

When I try to reformat in Windows it only gives the option of NFTS and exFAT. Never seen exFAT before, will this work? I'm trying to use FAT32 for gameloading support, usb rom loading in emulators, and still being able to use my HDD for other things aswell.

    GParted:

    -Free
    -Powerful
-Open Source/Linux (but works via Live-Stick/DVD on Windows)

Three reasons why it's a pure win.

I use gparted for some things (resizing partitions mainly), but http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/guiformat.htm is good enough for formatting fat32 drives.

    Well.
I formated my 1,5 TB WD in fat32.
Since then, the drive is so slow that I already regret it...
