format of eshop downloads from Mariocube

Looking for some clarity on the format of the Wii u eshop downloads from Mariocube. It looks "kinda" like Nus content, but it doesn't look like the encrypted files from funkiiu, etc. Can it be converted into Nus? Or decrypted to loadiine & the repacked?

IIRC these are nointro dumps.
wupinstaller can't handle them. Maybe nusspli. @V10lator

These are the files like named on the NUS with tickets as well as .h3 files missing.

• To fix filenames do:
  1. Rename tmd to title.tmd.
  2. Add .app to the names of the other files.
• To get the missing ticket use Generate a fake <title.tik> file in NUSspli.
• Not sure how to fix missing .h3 files through.
