Flipnote Studio Sprites?

I found this article: https://www.answers.com/Q/How_do_you_use_a_sprite_in_flipnote_studio and it said I can get Flipnote Studio sprites, which I've never heard of before. There was a link in there where I could download sprites, http://flipnote.hatena.com/5B2FADA01E17E058@DSi/movie/17E058_09AB8F2D3C523_231 but of course Flipnote Hatena died a very long time ago, so I went to the Wayback Machine, and it was excluded from there. Where can I get Flipnote Studio sprites, and is that URL just one specific sprite pack or like a bunch of them in one category?

Flipnote Archive should have every flipnote preserved, that flipnote appears to have been created by this user. I don't know what sprite pack that user is talking about though, nor do I know if it's possible to download the PPMs. You can probably find more sprite packs on Sudomemo, too.
