Hacking Flashcarts and Gba Roms (Pokemon Migration)

Alright so I've been messing around with advance map and Yape and other tools and edited a pokemon sapphire game. I'm getting a flashcart for my DSi (Firmware 1.4) So, which Flashcart should I get and would it be possible to migrate pokemon from my modded pokemon game to a DS rom and and then to an actual pokemon game(for DS)?

If you want to play GBA games on a DSi, buy a supercard two , it's the only cards for the DSi (well good one) that plays GBA Games. But as for migrating from GBA to DS, you can, I am not sure how to with Supercard Two, but you can do it even with a hacked game.

Well with your current setup no. I think there was a project a while ago about this and you had to patch the rom (It was for a ez flash gba cart I think) but even then it was for a clean rom. So no I don't think it's possible at this moment in time
