this mornig i saw when palying MK a blue light meaning new things from wiiconnect & when i go to the MK channel there was an invitation for the 1st contest: it's a versus race (so opponents are cpu) on mario track & we're asked to get the best record on it ... there's a little difference compared to normal race cause the dogs (not remember their names

) are walking on road !!! so everyone go & try get the world record

ps. i am palying with pal console on pal territory

I randomly get 61010, 61070 and 91010 errors thrown at me when trying to connect to WFC, so can't check.

& without surprise the world record is from japan

I've already ran the race under tournament. You're allowed to try as many times as you want to get a decent time then submit. Them Chomp chomps are bastards

the wr is now at 1.35.110 !!!

I think the best way it to not get a speed boost at the beginning, so you won't be first place when getting your first item.
Then your item should be 3 mushrooms which you use on the part where there's a speed up hill thing in the sands each track. And don't forget to do your trick in the air.
And then pray you won't get hit by a blue shell, lightning or anything else that takes away your shrooms...
Also take a motor bike, and do the wheely and corner speed thing anywhere you can.

I assumed that they'd probably want more NTSC people to own the game, 3-4 days after launch is kinda soon IMO.
