Hacking Mario Kart Wii Wi-Fi Track Select Music

Hey everyone.

I'm looking to replace the music in Mario Kart Wii's Wi-Fi track select music (the music that plays when you are voting for a track in an online race). However, looking through the game files, I cannot find the corresponding file anywhere, even with the rest of the sound files. Does anyone know where this file is located?
