Gaming First game to be able to be "pre-loaded" - Super Smash Bros for Wii U

Smash Bros can be "preloaded", like most of the game is on your HDD before the game is released, after that happens, you can download the rest of the game, and play it.

Too bad we can't decrypt Wii U games... yet!

So Nintendo have decided that once the customer has paid for the pre-order, the system itself will auto-download the game to the console? Or it's still that flawed send-the-code-to-your-email-and-pray-to-god-no-one-uses-before-you?
