I don't know whether the 4 missions from 1st demo are included in the main story plot or not
You can say those 4 missions from the first demo are previews of what you'll see in the full game; they're incomplete and you'll see the full versions of those 4 missions in the real game.

I made an account just so I can thank skyblade and the whole team for doing this. I hope a lot of great things happen for you guys in 2014! Thank you so much for actually working on this translation.

PS: Adam translated 6 lines, what a huge help he is...

Jesus christ! That is really impressive! You translators are gods for working this fast and effectively. Just don't work yourselves to death! We're cheering for you!

This is extremely awesome. This might be in time for my winter vacation ;-)

Ad-hoc, but you can play using a PS3 + Ad-hoc party with anyone in the world, and most likely xLink play supports this game too.

...
That and Pro online, where Type 0 was already confirmed working by some of the gamefaqs frequenters.

That means that PPSSPP, (where implentation of Pro online was begun by some random coder (since it's open source) before abruptly disapearing), might be able to run multiplayer or it might need to add more of the pro online code before it works. (MH3rd works, dissidia doesnt)

If it's the latter, then someone from the community needs to step up since the official authors are busy improving the emu otherwise :)

Until then, thnks 1000x for adding 1st grn support

hello guys! For those who own psp-3000 and play the type-0 on psp, do you notice a little bit lag in the Altocrystarium or in the Soryu castle bridge? Just let me know

Slowdown there is normal; too many objects the game needed to load. Hopefully Sky's optimizing the game can help with that a little bit.

Solar here. Got another report!

1/5/14 week ending report on Monday (United States time)

Sean translated 685 lines!
Sean was on vacation and STILL found time to put some good work in!

Adam’s team translated 1131 lines!
Big contributors to the team’s efforts:
Adank and SyreneSiren tag-team for translating 1000+ lines!
And to our cool-as-cucumber proofreaders!

1930 of 1000 weekly goal
1930 of 4000 monthly goal
Approx lines of Japanese left: 6581 of 34549
Completed this week: 5.5%
Completed this month: 5.5%
Completed: 80.5%
Completion projection based on this week: 3.5 weeks!

I have to clarify this, because people are jumping the gun.
The "Completion projection based on this week" is for the "Main Scenario" file.
Afterwards, we still have to translate secondary text, and proofread all the text in its entierety. Then we will playtest and fix what needs fixing.
When all of this checks out, then we'll be ready to release the patch.

The patch will come soon, just bear with us a little while longer, it'll be worth it!
See ya next week.

How many lines are?

Amazing work!!

The secondary text format must have about 3500-4000 text lines left at most. So all that is left is:

-Finish the main scenario (about 3.5 weeks at the week's rate).
-Finish the secondary text (1.5 or 2 weeks at this rate)
-Do 10 graphic editions (this depends on graphic editors, it can be done in 1 day, but if they are not available will take more)
-Do the videos (they might be about 5 to 10 video editions, this is more of a matter of finding the correct way to edit them)
-Betatest and correct
-Release the patch

...

Should we download your merging tool now or should we wait until the project is complete to download it?

While I'm happy about the progress, I'm not a fan of how things turned out strictly speaking about the project exposure, I mean it's a whole neogaf thread "Translation To Be Released In Three Weeks" (anyone reading, please don't bump it with new posts, for the love of God). That could spell trouble, since that site is frequented by industry folks and it's now 100% certain SE is aware of the project, and they may be thinking it's two weeks from now..

Good luck everyone, and please keep strong.
I'm rooting for you (even though this doesn't mean much from some random anonymous member :P )
If anything happens, give SE the bird. They deserve it.
