The source in the OP is from Playstation's official blog and the title explicitly states it's coming to the Vita and the statement says it's coming to Europe and NA. So I don't really see how it could be otherwise.

Either way I'm happy, only tried the translation a few hours ago. Kind of clever they released it when they did.
