Whenever I try to start a new game on Final Fantasy III I just get a black screen. and I have no previous save files on it to try and load due to my idiocy of turing off my DS before quicksaving. >.>

I've tried replacing the game from my MicroSD and deleting the sav so the cart will make a new one but it still didn't work.

What in the world is the problem?

    Ahhh ... [IMG]
If only everything would work for everyone' convenience.
Have you trimmed it? Have you tried using a different sd card?
Have you tried grabbing the file from a different source?
What program did you use to reformat you sd card? Provided that you did...
I seriously doubt you've tried all of the above.

Older games that work fine and to my knowledge haven't seen a soul complain...
Walking through the basics of "why doesn't it work when it should" is pretty idiot proof [IMG]

The MicroSD is brand new and works fine with all my other games, and the game played fine on my itouchds, and I never trim roms.

And its not like the game doesn't play, it just hangs when I start a new game.

It doesn't hang on my 2gb MicroSD but not my 4gb. But I don't wanna have to switch out the microsd just to play one game.

Also this is the first time I've ever asked for help about anything on this forum, could you not treat me like I'm a fucking dumbass for asking a question. Thats just rude.

    Edit:
And btw, I just figured out the problem. Apparently when I transferred the rom from my old microsd to my new one the transfer must have been interrupted and only transferred part of the file because the one on my 4gb was only 68mb, that game is 128mb.
