Hacking Few channels retunrs to Wii Menu

I'm trying to launch few channels from the Wii Menu but when I click on the start button, 16 tiles saying Wii comes up then exits to the Wii Menu.

Few of those could be USB Loader GX, or the channel that says "Wii + Internet".
It worked at first but suddenly stopped working.

Here is my Wii's info.

You deleted some IOS's. Reinstall them. Also, IOS36 isn't the only IOS on your Wii; you also have IOS3, 4, 10, 16, 20, 30, 35, 36, 37, 38, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 60, 61, 70, 249, 250, and 254.

Can you tell me how to reinstall them?
I tried deleting and installing, but some of it says couldn't find the file.

Also, do you know how I can remove the text, "Load from boot.dol/elf?" whenever I try to go to SD card?

the "load from boot.dol" is probably there because you still have banner bomb. try renaming your private folder
