Homebrew FBI yellow screen on 11.17

Whenever I even try to install FBI onto my original USA Aqua Blue 3DS, a few colors splash on the screen until a yellow one appears, from then nothing happens. I'm on 11.17 and on v2.4.1. Does anyone know if this is the newest version? I don't think it is. If it isn't, how do I update it?

I already used v2.6.1. The 2.4.1 I was speaking about was the homebrew launcher. Is that the latest release? If it isn't, how do I find the newest release of homebrew launcher?

Did you install b9s+Luma? While you can access the Homebrew Launcher without b9s+Luma in certain situations, you cannot use it to run FBI (or most other things) unless you've already installed b9s+Luma.

Yes. However, at this point, my system just crashes when I open up homebrew.

What do you mean? Do you mean the Homebrew Launcher, or the Rosalina menu, or what? And what sort of crash? Do you get the Luma error handler? Details, details...
