Hacking EZ Flash IV Soft Reset Issue [2.03]

Hello!
I just got this nice Flashcard, however I'm having some issues with the Soft Reset.
I copied Golden Sun 2 to NOR Flash, and it boots fine; however every time I press EITHER L or R the game soft-resets back to the title screen. That is kinda an issue since L and R are used a lot in that game!
Did I do something wrong?

i would suggest to flash to a more "sturdy" firmware

this firmware doesn't have the "back to menu" fancy stuff but it just works...

but i guess you can solve that issue by disabling the GSS stuff in the cfg file in the root of your card.. or something like that..
i guess the GSS is badly configured or something... you can try changing the stuff around in the config, or use the default one..
