Hacking EZ Flash IV Not saving!

I haven't ran any games through ez client, should I run every game through? What settings should I select?

I have Castlevania HoD and LttP and if I save more then 1 they both erase.

That would be your problem. No need to select any options and yeah you pretty much want to do it for all games (if a game uses a password or something or has no save at all then you can skip patching but it is not going to hurt it to go through EZ4client).
