Hardware Ez 3in1

I recently bought the Ez 3in1 slot 2 card and I've found that it's very hard to get in and out of the DS Lite. The components seem pretty tightly packed in there which I think is what is causing the plastic to bow out along the sticker side of the card. Is this common with these cards or should I request a replacement?

I bought my 3in1 last week and I noticed it slipped into the slot with some slight difficulty but mine does not bow at all you just have to push it a little harder than other Nintendo official slot2 gadgets. I was thinking... may be there is a way to put the 3in1 inside the shell of the nds slot2 cover...
