Exclusive English language non-US releases?

I'm thinking mostly of Europe, but something that somehow appears in Japan with a full English option might count too. What games are there that are in English that are not released in North America (or are released in North America as download only that are on physical media in Europe)? Oh, and are playable in the US without NTSC/PAL issues.

(That is, games that a gamer might want to play--there's no need to mention the European equivalent of My German Coach or Just Imagine.)

I personally am only interested in PS3, Wii, PSP, and DS but I'm sure people will post other systems. I know that PSP has Siren 3, Arcana Heart 2 (download-only in US), and Saint Seiya. The DS had a Doctor Who game.

    yeah, I've been dabbling in web development recently. this little AI experiment was more out of pure curiosity as to how well it could do it.

    We've never used the van in ages because there's a lot of things wrong with it. Just discovered that the battery is dead, it's going to cost $$$ to get a new one.

    It's got constant gear stick issues where you can't reverse or move forwards, the floors are becoming damp, breaks down, etc.
