Homebrew ex cfw o3ds has custom themes and fbi icon

hiya, my 3ds was un cfw'd but still has the fbi icon even though theres no more homebrew on it, help?

EDIT:uhh seems im really bad at being clear, i was wondering if its possible to get b9s back without having to buy a dsi game or if its dead

It's because you forgot to reinject health and safety. I think there is a guide on http://3ds.guide also, the custom theme is not permanent, and if you switch to the default black, it should not have a custom theme now
