Well, it is technically possible. But is it worth it on a long run?
Ukraine hasn't been *this* united since they jumped off the sinking USSR ship, they're, ironically, the stronghold that prevents an even bigger massacre; a surrender would bite their ass super quick both domestically and internationally. Again - a solution not worth it.
