I just want to ask something, UWP games designed for windows 10 like GTA Sanandreas , asphalt 9 UWP Game or other windows 10 UWP apps can run it on xbox one in dev mode ?

depends on what it is some games and apps are encrypted and some dont work with controller

but most do work

as far as i know we cant get eappx files to work

1. The package must be unencrypted (cannot be *.eappx).
2. The package must be x64 architecture. Also notice Xbox One cannot run x86 packages for it's lacking SysWoW64, so not backware compatible.
