Been testing the game a bit, and yes, the new dump does work on the AK2i running AKAIO, however, there still does seem to be AP. Cross Slash (or whatever the Limit is called) still freezes your game.

Game still crashes at the usual spots with Nukethis's dump (compared to the other dump). Now to wait for an AP fix while I grind my 5x Farmer party in the first stratum

I can confirm that the original dump was a bad dump. It cuts off at 01FFFFFF while the "NukeThis" dump goes to 020F4B62 (before the padding starts).
