Soo basically i restarted my computer and it worked but the file was corrupted so I downloaded another iso file of the game and it worked perfectly fine. @MrVtR

In my case the problem was the name of the .iso file, which had special characters. I renamed the file without the special characters and it worked OK!

Just a quick heads up some files wont download via Nintendo or wherever anymore I luckily had them on another PC.

So I just copied them and pasted into directory on other PC.

Files in particular are located at.

C:\ProgramData\JNUSToolDownloads

Hi, I'm too had this issue, then I solved it by installing the Developer Pack of .NET Framework 4.7.2. So now I have the game builded without the error.
