Gaming Error Code 007-7210 Has My Account Been Banned?

I am having a issue, when I enter the Nintendo eShop I get the error code "007-7210" I have searched Nintendo support for said error code and have found zero results. And so I was wondering if this could mean my account has been banned. Thank you for any input that can be given
