Use classic mode in Gateway to run a retail card on emunand.

If you are alive, you have the risk to be banned. But nobody has reported being banned for that, yet.

Layton Games not have online mode. It's only when u play online. (Pokemon, SSM4, MArio Kart, etc.)

I've been playing for almost a month now using a public header (but not one from the template file) playing on Pokémon almost daily and using it online so.... I highly doubt its just a Pokémon thing...

The template file is open to the public so it wouldn't be too hard for Nintendo to just get the headers off of that and run a search for it and see how many are being used....

but as its been said before.. this is all just theory and nothing has been proven yet....

Seems to depend on your header. I didn't miss a single event Pokémon on my Alpha Sapphire ROM with private header and I'm not banned.

Did you download the pokemon after using the serial codes from serebii? I was also fine for way over a month playing OR with a public header. I downloaded some of the serial code pokes and got banned, If you havn't give that a try if you're willing. Having said that I've redownloaded them all now with my private header and got the eON tickets and seems fine.

Hey, I just want to report what I have been doing through the last days: im a sky3ds user and i have been playing MH4U with public header for about 2 weeks and no ban for now.

But the header ive been using is not the default one on the template, well, it is, but not the MH4U default one, what i did is take a random japanesse game on the template that i think no much people uses , took the header of that game and put it on MH4U.

I hope u could undertand beacause i dont know much english xD

But I really need to know where does your Profile Picture come from.
