Well... you could buy some used copies of the ones you played recently, and tell them you traded all the other ones in at EB Games or whatever other game stores you guys have over there. A lot of people trade in old games they haven't played for a while, so can they really accuse you of lying?It is, they told me I'll have to send them copies of the cartridges I played online front and back if I want to be considered to have the ban removed .. Like that's going to happen haha. It's almost certain they just clocked a load of public headers. Probably just found out the sky3ds template.
I'm sure you realize it's futile, but still, it would be funny to give them a run-around and make them second guess whether their ban system is working correctly. Send them some photos and be like, "Your move, Nintendo."
Edit: Oh, and EB Games probably has the same policies in the UK as it does in the US (Gamestop). You can return used games for any reason within 7 days. So if you can locate used copies of those games you can buy them to mess with Nintendo, then return them before a week has passed.
