EDM-020 cap value near F7501

Hello,

Does anyone know what the value of the 4 capacitors are near F7501?

Symptom: The console powered on and turns off after 1 second.
- Blown fuse found at F7002.
- dcdc converter near F7002 causing short to ground.
- Missing capacitor near F7501 was found short to ground.
- Removed capacitor short to ground near F7501 resolved
- Removed dcdc converter near F7002 short to ground resolved.

why not remove one and measure any of the rest 3?

Just getting around to measuring these. 1pF on the meter.

Any guesses as to the PN or manufacturer? I do not have a donor board to swap.
