Not everyone can speak Tagalog here, but there are quite a few Filipinos here. I can barely speak Tagalog.

i would say most of the codes from gamefags are taken from cheats.gbatemp.net (directly, indirectly)
so if cheats.gbatemp.net don't have ... then too bad
