Hacking Duplicate Channel Remover on Firmware 3.3

Hey guys, I have read a few of the threads dedicated to the Duplicate Channel Remover, but I can't find a definitive answer.

I am currently on firmware 3.3E and have U and J channels from previous game updates. If I run the duplicate channel remover through the twilight hack (not the bootable ISO) will it still function fine on firmware 3.3 and remove the channels? I know that 3.3 blocks the bootable ISO, but are there any issues with just using the .elf file through the twilight hack?

Thanks for your help, I just wanna be really sure before I do this that I don't brick my wii.

It'll work. Make sure you use the E version.
