How can I dump an eshop game to SD card? (Loadiine format)
Using DDD over the network is too long...
Since nobody gave you any kind of answer, here are a few suggestions that you might not have thought of:

If you have several titles you want to dump:

"Easy" way:
  • Look up your titleIDs at http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database
  • Start Mocha or Haxchi sysmenu
  • Run the matching FTPiiU_Everywhere
  • Navigate to /storage_mlc/usr/title/00050000 or /storage_usb/usr/title/00050000
  • Ctrl-click the titleIDs
  • Copy the folders to your PC
  • Do the same for 0005000e (updates)
  • Put the SD card in the PC
  • Move/rename the folders under /usr/title/00050000 to sd:/wiiu/games, then the folders under /usr/title/0005000e to 'updates/vxx' under the appropriate game. You can look at the meta/meta.xml to find the game title or update version (and ID6 if you want it) for each folder.
That method isn't a heck of a lot faster than DDD, but at least you can do multiple titles at once. You don't get the saves or DLC though. (I think you do with DDD)

Probably not as easy way:
  • On the Wii U, make a new user and switch to that user
  • Grab a fresh USB drive and format it in the Wii U
  • Use Data Management to copy the titles you want from your system or current USB drive to the new USB drive.
  • Reboot with only the new USB drive connected
  • Download ft2sd v0.1 using Homebrew AppStore
  • Run FT2SD
  • Select /vol/storage_usb01
  • Press A
  • Let all of the titles/files copy to sd:/ft2sd
  • Move the SD to your PC
  • Move/rename the folders under /usr/title/00050000 to sd:/wiiu/games, then the folders under /usr/title/0005000e to 'updates/vxx' under the appropriate game. You can look at the meta/meta.xml to find the game title or update version (and ID6 if you want it) for each folder.
That method requires little interaction on your part to copy the files, but it will still take a long time to copy. Plus, you'll have to rename the folders and you still don't get saves/dlc.

If you only have a couple titles and you are familiar with hex editing:
  • Look up your titleID at http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database
  • Download and extract ft2sd v0.1 to your PC
  • Hex edit ft2sd.elf
  • At offset 0x13238, (the first /vol entry) type the path to your game (overwrite, don't insert bytes):
    On NAND: /vol/storage_mlc01/usr/title/00050000/RestOfTitleID
    On USB: /vol/storage_usb01/usr/title/00050000/RestOfTitleID
  • Enter two 00 bytes in the hex section at the end of your titleID (0x13266)
  • Save the elf file and copy it to sd:/wiiu/apps/ft2sd/ft2sd.elf
  • Run ft2sd.elf from Homebrew Launcher
  • Select the line that shows the whole path
  • Press A
  • After the copy finishes, put the SD in your PC and move the code/content/meta folders from sd:/ft2sd to sd:/wiiu/games/title
  • Repeat for 0005000e if you have updates
That method takes a bit of work on the PC, but you could cut out shuffling the SD back and forth by running FTPiiU and using that to rename sd:/ft2sd and send the updated ft2sd.elf between each copy. Again, no saves/dlc.

So, with those options, maybe you'll choose one or maybe you'll decide that DDD isn't so bad.
But still, wouldn't it be easier to just grab the titles with Wii U USB Helper and extract them there?
