Hacking Dump Digital Games from a haxchi Wii U

Hello everyone. I just bought a Nintendo WiiU with about 120+ games installed on a external HDD. I want to install those games on another Wiiu, so I am looking for a way to Dump them from this HDD. I know I can also download it from internet, but my conection is limited, and a couple of games can reach my download limit. Is there a way to make these digital games became "installable" files to use with WUP Installer?

You can repack them using NUSPacker, doing that will make them not work without Haxchi/Web Exploit. It's possible to fix that by modifying system files/tickets later. I've done it with Call of Duty. Shitty process though.
