Hacking dual boot issues sx os and atmosphere

Hey,

I would like to dual boot sxos and atmosphere using 2 different emunands.

I have followed this guide - https://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-setup-atmosphere-emummc.541060/

But in Hekate told it to fix my emunand and now it moved the files from sxos to atmosphere. It booted once but now it wont boot again.

I can still boot sx os and hekate, and dont mind making new emunands but not sure where to go at this point.
