Hacking DSTWO Skin Installer

So I downloaded the DSTWO Skin Installer and installed it as a plugin on my Supercard DSTwo. I run it, and select the Default (Blue) theme that came with it, and I press start to begin the installation, the loading bars show up, the top one gets to about 95% and it freezes! Can anyone help me? D:

Yeah doesnt work for me either. The DS2Tools doesnt work either. I think everything is just outdated and broken.

That's the version I have, 1.4!

You know you need to add a skins folder to the _dstwo folder and put ds2skin files in there for it to work right?

Yeah still doesnt work. I think EOS got updated and broke it.
