okay, so i might have been a bit naive, and this might be my fault. i started playing ssb melee earlier today, and i loved it so much that i decided to look for a ds homebrew version. i found ssb crash on gamebrew, (version 10) and it took me a bit to get it working (i placed the data folder in the wrong place) then when the game did boot up i pressed start, and both screens turned white, they flickered a bit, the wifi led was turned on and then off and then i got too scared so i turned my dsi off. i deleted all traces of the game (including the new ramdisks folder) and then turned my dsi on again to play other games, but the dsi splash screen was gone suddenly. i tried changing the settings to show the twl intro, and turned off the h&s warning, and restarted my console, and it immediatly went to the twl menu splash screen.
i tried playing a game and it worked just fine.
i'm pretty scared, i do not want to break my dsi. (and i have really bad anxiety)

nvm, it is back. i still don't trust this stuff though, but if this happens again i might try reinstalling twl menu

SSB Crash is known to work fine. It does not cause issues to your console.
Please remember that the only time a DSi console gets bricked is when installing/updating Unlaunch (with a very low chance of brick), or uninstalling Unlaunch (which has a high chance of brick).

The reason why the WiFi LED turns off is because Unlaunch gets started again, and then the LED gets turned back on by TWiLight Menu++.

yeah, i knew it was not a brick, but i was scared that files might have been corrupted or something.
and the wifi led was off, it turned on and then off again all in the span of 10 seconds, so idk what it was
