Does anyone know how to reset this or what to do about this screen? This screen comes up when you try anything so, for example, you cannot get into system settings to do a reset. We tried having the battery out for hours to no avail.
If the photo did not show, it is top screen black, bottom screen black with five lines of text with OFF in the middle.
