hi can anybody help me my brother has a dsi but i dont know what happened my brother turn off his dsi and the screen turn black and says 0000FEFE in the first screen and the other turned white

can anybody tell me what happened and if is possible tell me how to fix it is the second time this happend the first time i went with someone and he fix it but didn´t tell me how he fix it
